The Sony Xperia Tablet Z is the world’s thinnest tablet at 6.9 mm beside being waterproof, dust resistant, shatterproof and scratch resistant. It is the world’s toughest tablet.
It has a 10.1 inch LED Backlit LCD capacitive touchscreen display with 1920 x 1200 pixels resolution and 229 ppi pixel density. It runs on the Android 4.1 Jellybean operating system. The device is powered by a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro quad core processor with 2GB of RAM.
The Xperia Tablet Z comes in 16GB and 32GB internal memory versions. Both versions have external memory expansion capacity up to 64 GB via micro SD card.
